Spotlight: Cameron Ingalls
On Friday the 13th I took a road trip to San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles area. I went up to meet with a very talented photographer, Cameron Ingalls. He’s a super mellow and focused kind of guy, and actually a good friend of Tim Halberg.
Let’s start the eye candy with a shot of what else– shoes!!!
The shots below are from a wedding which was held at Villa Toscana for the ceremony and Vina Robles for the reception (I visited both of these locations while I was up there… more about that later).
This little girl is too adorable and I love how her little nails are painted red– you know she must have felt special!
From another wedding, this bride looks so happy!
Cameron also shared with me his vision for his new project called The Wedding Standard. His idea is to interview and present the best vendors in his area of SLO/Paso, similar to what I’m trying to do here in Santa Barbara. We were very much on the same page about what brides need and that there is a huge lack of good information on vendors (particularly in SLO/Paso– I know I looked!!!).
Cameron also has a blog where he records his adventures as a photographer and shares many of his beautiful images. You can check it out here.

He’s not only an amazing photographer… but a genuinely great guy. You will never meet someone as humble or as talented.
