Wedding Location: Condor Ridge Ranch
I recently toured the lovely Condor Ridge Ranch which is located on the Gaviota Coast and is available for weddings.
The ceremony area is a tiered amphitheater with mountain and ocean views.
Immediately adjacent to the ceremony area is a large pond filled with koi.
Some notes:
- Max guest count is 300.
- There are no restrooms on site.
- There is power/lighting.
- There is no kitchen on site.
- Guests must be shuttled to the site.
- All rentals tables/chairs/linen/china/glassware need to be rented.
- Rentals can be delivered on Friday and struck on Monday.
- You may tent in case of inclement weather.
- Candles are allowed in glass.
- Amplified music allowed until 11pm.

Great spot! Do you know how much they charge for the ceremony spot? There website didn’t give a lot of information about events. Is it out of the way from the 101 or is it not that far? Great blog, I grew up in SM and so it’s great to see so many familiar locations. I’m an event coordinator in OC, but we are considering to have a SB county wedding…no decision yet lol thanks again!

Hi Kelly, This is Kristen from Condor Ridge Ranch. Just wanted to update your blog that we will have permanent restrooms and a kitchen facility at our venue as of this fall 2011. there are no restrooms on site????? is this true? where do people go to the bathroom?
