Holland Ranch is a stunning location which has a unique blend of a rustic ranch and a 1950′s diner. The ceremony area features spectacular mountain views and the area for the reception is a barn with cool neon signs and even a pool table.

For weddings larger than a 100 guests, the barn doors open onto a large black top area and could accommodate up to 400 guests. [image below by Cameron Ingalls]

There’s also a small lake on the property. While its not included in the property rental, you can take pictures there.

Some notes:

• For guest counts under 100, restrooms are available.
• For guest counts over 100, additional bathrooms will need to be brought in.
• There is a kitchen on site for catering.
• Tables and chairs for 100 guests are provided.
• Candles are allowed as long as they are enclosed in glass.
• Amplified music must be off be 12am.
• A bridal dressing area is available on the top floor of the barn.
• The site fee starts at $2900, with a variable per person charge depending on guest count.
