<p style="text-align: left;">For the salad course, I was inspired by the Parmesan baskets I saw <a href="http://www.giadadelaurentiis.com/">Giada de Laurentiis</a> make a while back. It adds a nice salty crunch to a summer salad. Who doesn&#8217;t like a bit of cheese with their greens?</p>
