I’m a huge bibliophile, and I love the look of this pretty stack of books on an all white mantle (the elephant is pretty great as well).

This is pretty close to what my house looks like right now– stacks of books everywhere (I’m moving!), though minus the awesome Gothic inspired bench and table.

And speaking of pretty books, have you seen these clothbound books by Penguin? I don’t care much for Dickens, but that book cover is to die for. And, oh yes, these books are available at my all time favorite store, Anthropologie.

I studied a lot of Gothic architecture when I was in school and I visited Paris as part of my studies. These photos definitely make me want to go back.

I’m so in love with these cement containers. Any colorful flower (yellow or orange especially) would just pop against the soft gray. You can buy them here at Jamali Gardens.

The inspiration for this board was two fold. I adore the dreamy photo above and have been quite taken with this photo from the Marie Antoinette movie that came out a few years back.

I picture this wedding taking place in a French Chateau. The palate would be the palest pink with a hint of gray to balance out the femininity of the pink.

This morning I spent way to long drooling over the new spring 2010 wedding dress collections. I love the column dresses above, particularly the band detail on the Herrara. The dress would be perfect for a summer wedding.

Of course, the one shoulder look adds a bit of drama and is flattering on a variety of body types. I love the sheer detail on the Vera Wang and the Romona Keveza.

And I am kind of obsessed with these full skirt dresses. The Reem Acra ice blue dress is so pretty and different.
